The staff were ready to help, fast check-in and the room was very specious and luxurious. The indoor restaurant was large, superb service. Unique location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from cedral.

The staff was PHENOMENAL and the accommodation was appealing. A supermarket and a great super market were right next door. Also, cedral was 1 km away. Excellent reception.

the room was extremely basic, the bed was amazing, and the staff were ready to help. it was nice having climate control, coffee and terrace. food was nice. the beach nearby was clean and the view was captivating.

Very informative staff, beautifully decorated and well decorated rooms. Quiet beds, coffee, balcony and air conditioning were a nice touch. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Location was perfectly comfortable, 0.5 km to Cozumel airport, perfectly reachable. A very delightful stay and good value.

Great hotel, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY staff. Host was friendly. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Plus, free parking nearby.
